This page is devoted to sharing projects completed by students in the computer lab. Students in grades 3-5, along with their teachers, visit the lab once a week.
Students in grades 1 and 2 will have a chance to visit the lab for 3 visits where we will create a small project. Come back later to see our projects. All of our research and projects are curriculum driven. Visit us often as we update this page. |

During the Spring when the 3rd, 4th and 5th graders are taking standardized tests, the first and second graders are invited to visit the computer lab to work on a project. First graders are buddied up with 5th grade while the second graders are supported by parents. Prior to their visit, students work with their teachers in the classroom to create a sentence and a picture which is then used to make their computer project. The program Kid Pix is used to learn how to create text boxes and help the students learn to maneuver the mouse as they draw. Please click on your child's grade to see the results of their hard work.
