1. Each player must have a signed registration form to play.

2. There will be a $8.00 fee per person to participate in the tournament.

3. All players will be assigned a team by Wednesday, March 23, 2005.

4. The "no press" rule is in effect unless your team is losing by 5 or more points or there are 30 seconds or less remaining in the game. Once a team gains posession in their own half, the defensive team must retreat back to their own defensive half of the court.

5. Substitutes may enter the game on any whistle.

6. Coaches are responsible for all substitutions.

7. All players must play a minimum of 8 minutes each game.

8. If a player receives two technical fouls in the tournament, he/she will be ejected.

9. All games are running time. The clock will not stop for time-outs.

10. In case of a tie, the game will remain a tie. A tie in the playoffs will have a 2 minute overtime. If the score is still tied, teams will continue to play 1 minute overtimes until there is a winner.

11. All teams are allowed one 5 second time-out.

12. In case of a division tie a two minute mini-game will take place.

13. All players will receive a certificate of participation.

14. Championship teams will receive trophies.
